- Progress payments are agreed upon in advance and are essential for the smooth continuation of your project, if we encounter any issues completing the project we may request additional funding to be provided from the overall project price.
- Delayed payments may result in paused work to avoid further costs being incurred.

- We strive to work to agreed timelines, though external factors like weather can sometimes impact progress.
- We will always keep clients informed of delays and any necessary adjustments to scheduling.
Changes & Variations
- We’re flexible and happy to accommodate changes where possible. However, variations may affect timelines and costs.
- Any changes will be documented and require written confirmation before proceeding.
Workmanship Guarantee
